Block and Guides

The hardest allowed material is used to remanufacture blocks and guides. Each model is reflowed, then machine-ground flush for top-of-the-line durability. We guarantee a better, more durable block and guide is not on the market.
Worn blocks and guides can damage gathering chains, rollers, idler teeth and drive sprockets. Utilize our rebuilt components for preventative maintenance and longevity.

Hydraulic & Stationary
​Deck Plates

Each deck plate is 100% chrome edged and machine planed for a straight edge.
​Utilizing as much chrome as possible, an outer edge is machined onto each deck plate. This rim acts as a barrier to keep kernels from falling through the snapping rolls.
