Dedicated to Customer SatisfactionIn 1982, Ronnie Schoolman and his son Brent, of Gilman, IL founded B & R Welding from the idea of reconditioning worn, damaged corn heads into stronger, more durable units. This concept was first implemented on their own John Deere 643 Corn Head, resulting in a higher longevity and efficiency.
The B & R remanufacturing method has been perfected over the years, resulting in over 67,000 re-manufactured snapping rolls. The idea, born in the garage of the Schoolman Farm, has been expanded to a year-round business spanning the contiguous United States. We recycle and rebuilds parts for John Deere, New Holland, International, and Gerrinhoff. Currently, B & R stocks thousands of common parts, allowing one-trip parts exchange or next-day shipment services. If you wish, we can rebuild your original equipment within three business days. We are dedicated to our customer’s needs! Our staff has grown to several dedicated employees, which include Brent's sons, Aaron and Alek. |
Best-in-the-Business Remanufacturing Process
B&R is fully dedicated to providing the best rebuilt parts on the market. In our process, we use the hardest weld to ensure maximum durability and performance. Each roll is then machine ground and balanced to unit specification. Each unit is thoroughly inspected and subjected to rigid quality control standards.
